Need a compelling website, branding or print campaign? Of course you do! I'm here to help. But I can't do it alone...
We have to work together. Engaging and open communication. If you are looking for a "yes man" then I'm most likely not the designer for you.
I'm a pretty picky designer. I like things done right and I like to take the time to do 'em right.
I like to properly plan and ensure that we have enough time to get things done on time and most importantly, on target.
Don't wait until the last minute to get started on your branding and messaging. It takes time to do this right. There is a difference between tight deadlines and unreasonable deadlines and while I am happy (and excited) to see how I can best serve your design and marketing needs, I most likely have other projects currently in progress which also require my attention.
I am not the cheapest option, (But certainly not the most expensive...)
If you are shopping for a quality partner in the success of your business, we should talk! I usually do not come in as the lowest bidder. That's what those chimps who advertise on Craigslist are for. I won't be offended if you think my project fees are too high. But I hope you give me the chance to explain and show you why they are higher.
Please think of me as a partner in your business, not just as a hired gun. We both have the same goals for your business. Success.
When I take on a new client I am become mentally and creatively (read: emotionally) invested. It takes a lot of time and effort to get things to the point that I am ready to share them with you. So while I am ready more than willing and able to take and act on feedback and constructive criticism, I will need you to be ok with my disagreeing with you from time to time. Collaboration and communication. Your project will be better for it.
So what will all this cost you?
Good question! Most of the small to medium size projects I take on start in the $5,000 to $7500 range. I've done many for less and quite a few for more.
Giving me a budget or range to work within will allow me to scope the project appropriately. This does not mean if you tell me you have $10,000 that is what it will cost. Your project may only cost $5,000 or it may cost $12,000. While disclosing your budget might not be something you are accustomed to sharing, doing so will greatly reduce the likelihood of us both spinning our wheels. Here are just a few of the project facets that need to be budgeted for:
- Project Management
- Research, Creative Concepting, Wireframing:
You can't add a roof on to a house without building a foundation
- Visual Design
- Professional or Stock Photography
- Professional Copywriting:
Having professional copy for your site makes a huge difference
- Site Development
Development, CMS Integration, Testing
"I don't have that kind of money!" In this economy I can understand, so please get in touch and let's figure out your needs. Most likely we can still make it work or I can help you find someone that will.
